About us; We are a friendly family of three, two adults and a teen. We live in a friendly, beautiful , quiet and extremely safe neighborhood in Antioch. Close by shopping centers, walking trails, gym, public transportation(bus and Bart), coffee, hospitals. We do have a large backyard with a pool/jacuzzi and lots of street parking. About theroom; I have a private bedroom on the first floor of a large home. We are renting a private and private bathroom/shower. We are looking for someone who enjoys to live in a clean well kept home, and that will clean up after themselves. The room is available to someone who is responsible, working professional or student (sorry no couples).
