House is Located in Lithonia, off Brownsmill and Klondike. Real close to the Arabia Mountain Trail. Less than 6 minutes by car from Stonecrest Mall.

No MARTA that is close to home. Will have to go to the Stonecrest Mall for MARTA. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and large Livingroom area that will be available to you on the bottom level. Bedroom includes 1 closet. Common areas we will be sharing is the kitchen, laundry and the front door entry.

I am looking for a woman that is 40+ years old. VERY CLEAN. Must be mobile. Must have a stable job. With No drama /No Pets/ No Families/ No Drugs/NO CHILD MOLESTERS/NO PARTIES. Background check will be rendered. I am a single mother and would not like people in and out my home. Contract will be signed for either 6 months to a year.
