Our family leases a townhome in Newtown Station in Newtown Borough.
Our lease runs until May 31, but we need to leave at the end of February. We are seeking someone to either 1) lease the entire home on a new lease, direct with the landlord or 2) to sub-lease from us for the month of March, and possibly April. We are totally flexible and would
entertain shorter or longer term subleases, and could be out of the home earlier if needed. We are open to REASONABLE discussions on price, keeping in mind this is a very large partially furnished home. The house is a beautiful 3 story townhome plus a fully finished basement that s great for either kids, or adulting.
There are three bedrooms on the 2nd floor along with laundry and two bathrooms, and a third floor finished loft space that has an additional full bathroom. Two-car garage, all exterior maintenance handled by the HOA. The unit will be partially furnished, with a dresser and beds in each room. We use our own furniture and store some of the owner s furniture in the basement and garage. Living room TV is mounted to the wall and will remain, and there s a big TV in the finished basement.
