This house has an abundance of space to relax or study in. It is located in the Forrestridge neighborhood in south Denton. This is a quick drive to campus and is close enough to bike there as well. Located less than a mile from the South Lakes Park at the top of a hill

on a cul-de-sac street. Traffic is minimal. Each room has a large closet with built in shelves and two windows. There is new carpet as well. The bath is shared with one other person, has two sinks, and door separating the shower area. The shower has a small sliding window at the top and is furnished with a nice shower head.

There are two furnished living spaces, a furnished dining area, and a large kitchen area. The washer and dryer are new and the den includes a functioning gas fireplace! The front and back yards are huge and have tons of trees! The back yard includes a furnished patio. The drive way is large enough to fit four vehicles if desired. There is a cat living with us and are open to another. The deposit is $325 and utilities will be split four ways.
