Two car garage. Room is $400 plus half of the utilities. I m a supervisor at the casino so I work a lot. I graduated from Indiana University. I am very laid back, genuine, and friendly. I am a social drinker,
and I like to get out to meet friends for live music or dinner. As a roommate I am social but also like my space at times, and I respect your space. I m messy but not dirty. I try to keep a good cleaning routine when I have a roommate though. I don t have a lot of company over, family on occasion.
I don t mind if you do have company as long as you use good judgement with who you have over (safe and trustworthy). I d like at least a 6 month commitment. I prefer a female, but I am not totally closed off to the right male personality. I have an older boxer dog named Sadie. She is well trained and good with other animals.
