I m subletting my room in our three bedroom house that s on the second floor of a duplex.
It s a great house with two living rooms, hardwood floors, washer and dryer, central a/c, and pretty much your own bathroom. We are three ladies all around 30 ish that are quiet, chill, and creative and I m looking for someone that s in the same age range
to replace me. My fellow roommates would like to keep the house ladies only and no couples. Email me and I ll happily give you more details! The room will be available mid September but I m super flexible with move in dates. The rent is 575 a month, not including utilities and those usually come to around 100-120 a month.
