Your rent includes internet, security system, gas, electricity, trash, and water provided you are mindful of energy consumption. The television in the family room has a guest Netflix profile, access to Amazon movies, and HBO, which you are welcome
to use and enjoy with us. Gardening and pool services are also included.
You will be expected to chip in for housekeeping. About Us I am a divorced mother and C-level executive with one middle school-aged child at home. We occupy the master suites. We are extraordinarily clean and live a healthy lifestyle. This is a non-smoking, non-drug using household. We are a family. We laugh a lot, we argue a little, we never belittle. About You We are seeking someone interested in the quiet enjoyment of the home while they focus on their profession or education. Our ideal roommate will rarely have guests over and never has overnight guests. This person will be gentle with our possessions and environmentally-conscious.
