That's why we expect you as well as others to clean up after yourself every time you use any of the common areas. Moreover, we've took it one step further & have hired
professional cleaning service to clean all of the common areas once a week.

It makes it predominantly student residential area. For that reason, there are UB Public Safety Officers patrol the area on the regular basis and passing by the house at least every 20 minutes.
