Three of the rooms are filled and were looking for our fourth and last roommate.

The lease started on August 1st of 2020. This house is perfect for anyone looking to commute to school as it's only a mile from campus (right behind Publix on Mc Culloch). We are looking for a chill guy to replace me on the lease or sublease if needed. It is a house

full of males so unless you're comfortable with it, this spot is fit for a guy. House is in front of a beautiful lake, so for the price it is well worth the location and views that come along with it. The rent for the room is $495 plus utilities which are never more than another 75$.

It comes out to $550-$560 a month and is unbeatable as far as price to location. I know of several similar houses on the block charges students $800-$950 for being in this neighborhood. As for the neighborhood, it is splendid with a whole block of friendly neighbors who are quiet at night. If you have any more questions, feel free to text me at (908)910-xyz X.
