The house is furnished contrary to some of the pictures below. The room is comfortable and clean. Its not a long walk or bike to campus approximately (10 min). Close to awesome

local market Natural Grocers and other food locations. The house has a kitchen and laundry room. Huge Backyard for all sorts of activities! The living room is set up nice and great for watching movies and hanging out. My roomates are friendly people, but they will respect your space.
