ACREAGE AND DESCRIPTIONThe Ranch consists of 3,878 +/- acres and 1,305 +/- irrigated acres. There are ten (10) center pivots irrigating 1,145 acres and wheel lines that irrigate 160 acres. Nearly half of the ground is in alfalfa and the balance is small grains. All farm acres are certified organic, and the crops and hay are sold as such. OPERATIONSOperations are hay production targeted toward the organic
dairy market. The small grain production is mostly sold into the greens industry to make dietary supplements, supplement drinks, and other related products. The ranch has historically carried sheep and/or cattle to graze the remaining land.
IMPROVEMENTS AND WATERThere are 11 water wells on the property that are all connected throughout the farm. All water can be metered. Other water sources are Braffits Creek and Rush Lake. These are seasonal runoff water sources that the farm has the water rights on. These sources are also connected into the water well system.
