Living in a townhouse in Carson in a gated community. FEMALE TENANTS ONLY! I am renting a private bedroom with a shared bathroom for $1,200 a month. Utilities include a washer, dryer, and parking on the street (occasional parking spot in front depending if taken), and a communal full kitchen. The 24/7 gated community has a pool,
small gym, clubhouse, parks, tennis, and basketball courts. Looking for single occupancy, students or working professionals, responsible, clean, respectful, no smoking, ok with my dogs, and no drugs. Kitchen supplies are all provided from dishes to utensils plus other items.
One shelf in the pantry is provided (to supply food and if you have any other personal kitchen items) and one cabinet in the hallway by the bedroom. I have a laundry room as well, the only thing is you need to provide your own detergent. The bedroom is $1200 a month and that is including all utilities, keeping in mind being eco-freindly use of AC/Heater. It would be a 6-month lease. There are already three of u here,
looking for a new housemate! : ) Down payment is one month's rent, so $1200 plus $70 for your parking fees for the year. Because we are in a gated community each car needs to purchase a $35 transponder and $35 resident parking sticker.
