Seeking housemate to share my furnished 2 BR 1 1/2 Bath New Bern townhouse. Complex has parking, pool, fire pit area with chairs and picnic table, and gas grills for tenant use. Rent $750 monthly includes high speed internet, electric, trash/water/sewage, and monthly pest control. I am quiet and drama free and mainly keep to myself. Former educatorand mental health professional. I also wrote YA books. I'm 55 and disabled. I do have 2 well behaved cats. Must be able to provide proof of income and 2 references. 1st month rent plus 1 month security due before move in. You would of course have full access to our shared apartment. I'm ideally looking for a single professional female about my age, but age is not a deal breaker. Sorry, no children due to space. Available 1/1/2024. If interested, please reach out.
