House is a charming antique house converted into apartments. Your bedroom is 15 X 11.5 with 3 closets, one of which is a walk-in. Plenty of big windows, clean, tall ceiling. Room has its own entrance to garden. Apt is furnished, room is unfurnished, but some furniture available if needed. Full kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, exercise room with newexercise bike and large new elliptical, big monitor, speakers. Kitchen has its own entrance to the patio. Dishes, pots are here, or bring your own. Dishwasher. Washer and dryer in separate room. Bathroom has shower/bath and is away from bedrooms. Living room has couch and computer work station. Entrance has coat closet and tools/work space to share. Neighbors are all quiet and nice. Yard has 1 large front porch, 2 small porches, patio, space to do container gardening. Landlord diligently does all maintenance and repairs on time and tends yard. There is one cat here. No more pets, please, no smoking, no overnight guests, no kids. Reasonable visitor and get-together exceptions apply. Walkingdistance to shops, ymca pool, library, everything in town. Short drive to Silver Falls State Park and Oregon Gardens, supermarkets, etc. You need: Criminal background check, proof of income, 2 months security, 1 month rent, 5 years rent history with proof of rent payments and previous and present landlord confirmable references. Additional professional and personal good character references. Must help clean the house or chip on for cleaning lady, your choice. No loud noise after 9 pm weeknights and 10 pm weekends.
