Immaculate condition. 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, decks, sitting room, one large spare room that can be used for your work area. Dates are flexible for moving in and out depending on your school or work schedule. Quiet setting , not lakefront but less than one mile from Bimini Beach. I just purchased this property as a weekend getaway /retirement home. Because I'm 3 hours away, I won't be using it much during the fall and winter months. I would like a responsible person or 2 responsible students to share it during the fall-spring months.
