I have an internship this summer in California so my room is going up on the market.
I'm trying to find someone that will finish off the last 3 - 4 months of the lease into the end of August 2020. Can move in May 1st if wanting. Rent is $550 + electric & gas. During the summer it's usually right around $600, sometimes just a bit over. The house
has 5 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom, only 4 guys living here right now and there are ussually only 2 or 3 guys in the summer at a time at the most but rent will still be $550. The roommates that are here were also here last year and some will be here again next year, they are all students at The UMN.
The roommates are also very clean and tidy and respectful to everyone and everyone's needs. One of the roommates has a Siberian Husky that will be here at least for the month of May, but after that month the plans are currently unknown. There is a Free Washer and Dryer in the basement. Free Parking. Dishwasher. Gas Stove. 2nd floor Deck. Everything furnished except for the Bedroom where you
would be living, but I might leave some things if you'd be interested in any of them (mini-fridge, dresser, closet shelf, shoe rack, you can buy my bed and frame if you'd like it).
