I'm renting out a 1 bedroom apartment at a really good deal.
Keep reading for more info. Due to the corona virus situation, I need to abruptly move to move to another city. I have another 5 months left on my lease and I'm looking for someone to do a lease transfer so they can take over my apartment. Apartment is in Hampton Greens at "4747
148 avenue NE. Bellevue" It's a 1 bedroom apartment (about 650 sq feet plus front patio) with in apartment laundry, dryer, dishwasher, and a fully functioning fireplace. Main apartment building has gym, pool, and sauna. Rent is $1600 per month which includes parking.
Since I'm moving out so quickly, I'm leaving behind most of my possessions such as queen bed and mattress, 2 couches, 50 inch TV, large study table and professional office chair, 3 coffee tables, 2 book shelfs, cooking utensils such as pots, pans, plates, firewood (for fireplace), etc. I'll even leave a bunch of non-perishable food behind. This stuff is worth over $4,000 and you can have it all. Since you save $4000
over 5 months, you've effectively gotten $800 discount per month and you don't have to worry about moving all the stuff into the apartment. I need to rent out the apartment as soon as possible, so it's available within 1-2 days notice.
Since this is a lease take over, you will need to fill out an application. It's simple stuff like credit and criminal record check. And you must prove you have an income of greater than 4,000 per month. I'll pay the application and lease takeover fee on your behalf. I've been perfectly happy living here and I love this apartment. It's really good and I wish I could stay longer. I really need to move to another city or else I would be staying here for years.
