30 y/o Louisiana guy looking to rent a room for work

I'm a 30 y/o married cajun guy working in North PA. I'll be in the area from the 4th thru the 11th then back on the 27th for 2 weeks. I'll be working in Tioga county for at least the next 3 months and need a place to stay for 2 weeks per month. I'm a neat non-smoker and will clean after myself. I will only be at the house for about 10 hoursper day. I would like a room with a bed in a house with WIFI as I need to send out reports for work. I would like to be located within a 45 minute drive to Liberty, PA.
