For rent by homeowner: I am looking for 1 or 2 roommates to move in September 1st. Preferably young adult females. Two available bedrooms. (In a 3 bed, 2 bath home) One year lease, Sept-August. Monthly Rent: $650 for one, $450 each for two. Shared living, kitchen, dining, loft, yard, and driveway. Pets allowed, contingent that they get along with my dog.
