I have suddenly found myself needing to sublet my apartment at the Chelsea. I will have to move out in July, so I'm looking for someone to stay in it from July 2024- July 2025. It is a roommate situation. There are two bedrooms in the actual apartment, but you only have access to yours. Same with bathrooms.
