Senior Heritage Apartments are one bedroom apartments for senior and or disabled residents. It is located in the central portion of Colorado Springs by the Senior Center. There are 33 units and rent is based on 30% of gross income. There are laundry facilities on site as well as off street parking. The Silver Key Connections Cafe delivers meals at the Senior Center across the parking lot from Senior Heritage for a suggested donation. Participants are required to have an annual inspection.
