Grove Court is a state-funded complex made up of 7 buildings consisting of 54 units. Three are single level, containing 24 efficiency units. There are four bi-level buildings, which have 15 1-bedroom units and 15 larger efficiencies. The apartments located in the bi-level buildings all have ground level entrances. Each unit comes equipped with emergency call for aid system. Rent is income based and heat, water and electricity are included in rent.
