Hoffman Gardens is a two-hundred (200) unit family property, comprised of twelve (12) efficiencies, thirty-two (32) one bedroom, seventy-two (72) two bedroom, sixty-six three bedroom, fourteen (14) four bedroom and four (4) five bedroom units. Hoffman Gardens was named in honor of Dr. Charles Hoffman, who was appointed by the Mayor of the City of Hialeah as the first Chairman of the Board of Commissioners on February 14, 1967.
