This project consists of 98 age-restricted units in a 3-story building serving individuals age 55 and older. A second building includes 24 one-story apartments for individuals with special needs. The project is being financed with Tax-Exempt Private Activity Bonds, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity, and private mortgage proceeds. All units are income-restricted by tax credit requirements.
