The apartments offer off-street parking, on-site laundry and professional on-call maintenance. One pet under 20 pounds is permitted. Rents range from $941-$1,129, all utilities included. Some of the apartments are subsidized with rent calculated at 30% of income. The maximum annual income limit for 1 person is $42,180 and for 2 persons is $48,180.
