St. Botolph offers approximately 132 efficiency and one- bedroom apartments in a eight-story, elevator-equipped building. Built in 1972, this complex is located in the heart of historic Back Bay, near many exciting shops, services and cultural attractions.

They offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals, which include emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as intercoms in every apartment. They have units that are handicapped accessible and we may modify existing apartments based on Reasonable Accommodation requests.

Residents pay 30 percent of their income towards rent, prorated rent, or a predetermined flat rent.
