Elders live in a congregate-style community complete with Heath's trademark support services. The house contains several common areas, including a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. These common rooms provide an opportunity to socialize and foster a sense of community among the residents. An elevator and wheelchair ramp provide access for elders with limited mobility. The large front porch overlooks the landscaped yard and the surrounding elegantly maintained homes, while the rear deck is shaded by stately trees.
