RUPCO partnered with Kearney Realty Group to bring to life The Mews at Prattsville, a symbol of rebuilding after the 2011 devastating flooding from Hurricane Irene. Located at 5456 Washington Street in Prattsville, this $21-Million multigenerational housing development features 45 apartments for seniors 55+ and working families with modest incomes set in a 12.4-acre campus.
