About

Kensington Campus is located at 45244 32nd Street West, Lancaster, CA 93536.
Kensington Campus offers a total of 100 supportive housing (SH) units. Each building has
25 one-bedroom units. Amenities include a community room, community gardens,
beautiful landscaping and laundry facilities. On-site management is provided by
Apartment Management Consultants, L.L.C.

All the units at Kensington Campus are set aside for homeless and chronically homeless
households referred by the SPA 1 Coordinated Entry System (CES). All SH units are
subsidized by the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) program administered by the Los
Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA).

Referrals for housing will be pre-screened by The People Concern for homelessness and
chronically homelessness qualifications. Only fully pre-screened referrals will be sent to
property management by The People Concern for processing.

HOW TO APPLY:
All applicants are matched to this project through the Coordinated Entry System (CES).
Coordinated Entry System is a system of care for households experiencing homelessness
that matches homeless individuals and families to housing resources based on individual
needs.
