Residency - Goodman Place
The Goodman Place Program provides supportive housing and services for people who have a mental health diagnosis. Housing is located in the historic YWCA building at 244 Dayton Street in Hamilton, Ohio. Built in 1931, the building, which houses 31 efficiency apartments, is within walking distance of stores, employment, medical services, and social service organizations.
Each apartment has its own private bathroom and kitchenette. Residents have on-site access to coin operated laundry and a community kitchen which has a stove, dishwasher, and full-sized refrigerator.

Goodman Place is single occupant housing for persons with a mental health diagnosis. Applicants must reside in Butler County and be currently in treatment for a mental illness. They must also meet the low-income limits established for the county.
