Westbrooks Towers is a subsidized Tax Credit property. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income. Residents are given a percent deduction for any out-of-pocket medical expenses such as prescription drugs, doctor bills and medical insurance. An elderly allowance is also given. Westbrooks Towers is conveniently located near downtown Murfreesboro and right next to the St. Clair Senior Center. Murfreesboro’s transportation system, Rover, also has a stop located in front of the Towers.
