Esperanza Apartments is an 84-unit building with one bedrooms only. They are a 55 and older adult community located in a serene area of Seattle away from traffic and congestion, yet convenient to shopping, churches, and medical facilities. Residents must be 55 years of age or older. Some apartments are specially equipped for mobility impaired persons. This community serves residents who earn less than 60 percent of the area median gross income. Income limits are determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
