The complex will feature one, two and three bedroom apartments for low-income residents. Additional complex features include a community center, laundry room, kitchen, meeting space and on-site help. 75% of the Driftwood Point project is set-aside for homeless families with children, veterans and households that are disabled. Each of the 27 units will also have income restrictions such as 30%, 40% and 50% of area median income for Pacific County.
