Cypress Gardens is one of SCCHA’s oldest senior housing developments and is home to low-income persons whose backgrounds span the globe. In addition to an inviting rose-dappled courtyard with park benches and a large recreation room, residents also have access to the Cypress Senior Center right next door. This project has created a higher level of comfort and security for more than 150 residents, and the 2011-upgraded building will serve residents for many years to come.
