Greenlawn Manor Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority (NSBHA) last accepted Senior Project Based Voucher waiting list applications from June 10, 2024, until 300 applications were received. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Greenlawn Manor Apartments - Offering 1 and 2-bedroom units.

Selection Process

300 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
