Tampa Housing Authority Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Tampa Housing Authority (THA) last accepted Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for Studio apartments from June 17, 2022, until the earliest confirmed closed date of September 28, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the THA, this waiting list was for applicants who are an "Elderly Head of Household (62 Years or Older)."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

There were no preferences.

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
