Paul Laurence Dunbar Senior Apartments, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Paul Laurence Dunbar Senior Apartments from March 20, 2024, until April 5, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Paul Laurence Dunbar Senior - located in West Palm Beach Fl. Offering 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.

Please note: "To qualify for project-based voucher assistance for the Boynton Bay Apartments, the following criteria must be met:

• Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older.
• Must meet all Program Requirements  
• Must meet the HUD approved income limits."

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
