Northwest Apartments, 1-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale (HACFL) is accepting Senior Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Northwest Gardens II Apartments from December 18, 2023, until 100 applications have been received.

Please note: According to the HACFL "To be eligible to be placed on the waiting list, the family composition MUST have a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of two (2) members. The Head of the Household MUST be 62 years of age or older."

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application that is available on the HACFL website.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
