Suncrest RAD | Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale (HACFL) RAD/Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Suncrest is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on July 22, 2020, until 100 2-Bedroom applications, 200 3-Bedroom applications, and 80 4-Bedroom applications were submitted. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. The application was available in English, Español, and Creole.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
