Verandas Senior Housing, Project-Based Rental Assistance Senior Waiting List

The Punta Gorda Housing Authority Senior and Near-Elderly (55+) Project-Based Rental Assistance waiting list for apartments at Verandas Senior Housing is closed.

The PGHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from June 2, 2022, until the last confirmed date of July 5, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Print the online paper application.
2. Pick up an application from the PGHA Administration Office.

Once the application was completed, it must have been either:

1. Mailed to the Punta Gorda Housing Authority.
2. Faxed to the PGHA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
