Valor Preserve at Lake Seminole Senior/ Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Valor Preserve at Lake Seminole apartments on September 19, 2023, until September 20, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Valor Preserve at Lake Seminole, located in Seminole, Florida in Pinellas County.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Veterans who have been honorably discharged and elderly.
• Disabled applicants that reside in Pinellas County.
• Homeless applicants that reside in Pinellas County.

500 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
