Central City Apartments Project-Based Waiting List

The Macon Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting waiting list applications for Central City Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of May 3, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Central City Apartments - located at 122 Walnut Street, Macon, GA, 31201

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to Central City Apartments PO Box 13387 Macon GA 31208, Attn: Central City Apartments Applications.
2. Dropped off at the drop box at Hunt School Village Apartments, located at 990 Shurling Dr, Macon, GA 31211.
