Walton Ridge Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Marietta Housing Authority (MHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 3-Bedroom apartments at The Legacy at Walton Ridge from the earliest confirmed open date of December 2020, until the earliest confirmed closed date of May 8, 2023. It is not known when this waiting list was last open, or when it will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Please note: According to the MHA, "MHA Subsidy Standard are 2 heartbeats/room, which would require 5 people on the pre application."

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
