The View and Reserve at Mills Creek Senior Residences Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of DeKalb County (HADC) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at The View and Reserve at Mills Creek from June 17, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: According to the HADC, "To be eligible, all members of your household must be 62 years of age or older."

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: The HADC gives preference to residents who live or work in DeKalb County over those who do not.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
