Oak Field Place Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Champaign County (HACC) Near Elderly waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Oak Field Place is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on April 30, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: To apply to this waiting list, applicants must be at least 55 years of age or older. The HACC Public notice states "you will have the benefit of one-month free rent with your application submission completed and sign a lease by April 30, 2021."

There were three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application.
2. Request an application by mail by completing an online form.
3. Complete the application in person at the Oak Field Place apartments.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
