Newton Senior Living, Near Elderly Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Champaign County (HACC) Near Elderly waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Newton Senior Living is closed.

The HACC last accepted applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of March 11, 2022, until the earliest confirmed close date of July 17, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the HACC Application portal, " All household members must be 55 or older for this waiting list.  Households who apply where not all members are 55 or older will be rejected for this waiting list."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
