Ladd Senior Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Champaign County (HACC) Near Elderly waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Ladd Senior Housing is closed.

The HACC last accepted applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of March 11, 2022, until the earliest confirmed close date of July 17, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: This waiting list is for applicants who are 55 years or older.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
