The Madison County Housing Authority (MCHA) waiting list for Senior and Disabled Project Based Section 8 apartments at May Building and Stevens Building is currently closed. It is not known when this waiting list was last open, or when it will reopen.

Please note: As of March, 2020, a downloadable application appears next to these communities on the MCHA How to Apply page. However, Affordable Housing Online has confirmed with a MCHA representative that the waiting list for these communities is closed.
