Arthur Homes, and Williams Street Townhomes Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Menard County Housing Authority (MCHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Arthur Homes, and Williams Street Townhomes is currently open.

The MCHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from November 21, 2022 at 8:30 am CT, until further notice.

• Arthur homes is a new construction development in Arthur, Illinois with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units available.
• Williams Street Townhomes is a new construction  development in Dwight, Illinois with 2 and 3 bedroom units available.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Applicants who currently live, work or have been hired to work in the county of the development (Clinton, Livingston, or Douglas)
• Veteran

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
