St. Charles Senior Living Community Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Aurora Housing Authority (AHA) Near Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at St. Charles Senior Living Community is currently closed. Applications were last accepted since at least April 2021, until May 15, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the AHA public notice, "at least one household member must be 55 or older".

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
